1. Usage and License
Bio Font Preview grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
- Personal & Commercial Use: You are free to use the generated font styles (text) for both personal and commercial projects (e.g., social media bios, marketing materials). The "fonts" generated are standard Unicode characters which reside in the public domain.
- Restrictions: You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to compromise the security of the website, using automated bots to click on advertisements (click fraud), or scraping the underlying code of the tool.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bio Font Preview expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limitation to the foregoing, we provide no warranty or undertaking, and make no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.
3. Unicode and Compatibility Disclaimer
Bio Font Preview functions by converting standard text into special Unicode characters (e.g., mathematical alphanumerics, pseudo-alphabets). While these characters are standardized:
- Device Rendering: Not all devices, operating systems, or browsers support all Unicode characters. Some users may see "tofu" boxes (☐) or question marks instead of the intended text if their device lacks the necessary font support.
- Screen Readers: We advise caution when using these fancy fonts for important information. Screen readers (used by visually impaired individuals) may not read these characters correctly, often skipping them or reading them as mathematical symbols. We are not responsible for accessibility issues arising from your use of generated text on third-party platforms.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bio Font Preview, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
